RMA / RETURN POLICY
In the event you need to return an item, please contact our office at 858-888-7918 or email us at service@alltechsd.com.

In order for the RMA to be valid, it must have been assigned a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number. 

All requests for RMAs should have a reasonably detailed explanation of what is wrong with the part sent. This is strictly enforced especially when no part replacement is being requested.

All parts come with a minimum 30 day warranty (unless otherwise noted); longer warranty periods may be available based upon the manufacturer’s own warranty and conditions.

Merchandise must be returned to AllTech Imaging within 30 days of customer’s receipt of merchandise unless otherwise approved.
Parts or Supplies returned are subject to a 20% restock unless otherwise approved.  “Special Order” items may not be able to be returned or a special restock fee may apply with manager’s approval. 

Due to the nature of certain parts and supplies and/or their packaging, some parts and/or supplies may not be accepted for return. These parts generally include OPC belts, cartridges, drum units, imaging units, transfer units, toners, formatter boards, etc. These items are very sensitive to proper installation and if they have been improperly installed by anyone other than an AllTech technician, they may not be able to be resold when the package seals have been broken. Please call to confirm if part/supply will be accepted for return.

Goods with valid RMA numbers should be sent in the original box or packaging (unless authorized) and with the RMA number clearly marked on the packing slip. The RMA number should not be written on the actual packaging of the part.

Credit for returned merchandise less shipping charges (if applicable) will be applied via the same method of payment upon inspection of merchandise upon receipt. You can expect your refund to be processed within (3) business days of receiving your returned item.
