Orders may be placed either through our secured website or through our Customer Service Department at  (858) 888 7918.   By placing an order with AllTech Imaging Technologies, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, in addition to agreeing that AllTech Imaging is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you have indicated. All orders are subject to approval by AllTech Imaging.

 Payment is due before shipment, unless other terms have been negotiated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or check by phone. Dealers, resellers and government and educational institutions may apply for payment terms other than prepaid. These terms will be determined based upon the overall credit history and financial ability to pay for all goods purchased. Upon approval for terms, if an account reaches its set credit limit, further shipments may be placed on “hold” status until the amount over the limit is paid.

 When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until the items are shipped. For accounts with payment terms, when paying by check, please make sure that your customer number and invoice numbers are clearly listed to speed up processing and to avoid possible errors. Any deductions must include proper documentation before they are allowed. A deduction for shortages, defective products, returns, etc. MUST have an accompanying credit memo when deducted from the payment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in credit not being applied.

 For accounts with payment terms, if an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, further shipments may be placed on “hold” status until the past due amount is paid in full. NSF checks and stop payments, including check by phone, will be charged a $25.00 service charge. In the event of repeated delinquencies, and if the matter cannot be resolved to our satisfaction, your account may be placed with a collection agency or attorney for collection. In the event that your account is sent for collection, you will be obligated to pay the full balance of your account plus interest thereon together with all reasonable attorney’s fees, collection fees and related expenses incurred by AllTech Imaging Technologies.

 AllTech Imaging Technologies tries to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions and specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, AllTech Imaging shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
